Customer BILLING Information

On the Secure Gateway's SECURE ORDER FORM, Please enter your Name and Address EXACTLYas they appear on your Bank Card Monthly Statement. This is NOT your Shipping Information, it is your BILLING Information.

IF this information is entered incorrectly, we may get an Address Verification System MISMATCH and your order may NOT be shipped. This fraud check system is activated for YOUR protection.... So, please, double check your entries.

On the Secure Order Form, you will be required to enter your bank card's security code ( key code ) in addition to the card number and expiration date.

This number is located on the BACK of the card. It is usually a 3 or 4 digit number separated from any other numbers by a space or two and appearing in the far right hand side of the BACK of the card.

EVEN IF.. The item(s) is being shipped to the SAME address as the Customer Billing Information , you'll need to retype the same information in the fields for " Customer Shipping Information ".

IF.. The item(s) is going to a DIFFERENT address than your Billing Address, such as a gift, just type in the address that you wish the item(s) delivered to. Please make sure it is a PHYSICAL STREET ADDRESS since UPS can NOT deliver to a P.O. Box number.
